This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from the lake and cable car! The varied on-site restaurants and complimentary spa access are true gems!

Unfortunately, noise disturbances ruined our sleep, and the elevators were frustratingly cramped during busy times.

The rooftop bar was a fantastic spot to unwind after a long day and the multiple dining options made dinner planning a breeze. I particularly loved the cozy lounge area with live music that helped us relax in the evenings. Our only minor issue was a bit of a wait for our shuttle in the morning, but it all worked out in the end. Definitely plan to return! 😊

Woke up every morning to breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps. The knowledgeable staff provided great recommendations for local hiking trails, making our stay unforgettable!

However, the evening entertainment was quite lacking. The bar area was quiet, and we wished for some music or events to enjoy after dinner.

The room was newly refurbished and felt high spec. Super clean with a comfy bed and beautiful views. Heating could get a bit intense, though. The lighting was on the dim side, which wasn't ideal for reading or working. Overall, a lovely stay with a couple of minor quirks.

Ski lovers paradise

For a ski trip, you can't beat this place. The atmosphere is lively, like a nice buzz, perfect after a day on the slopes. And I must say, that Italian restaurant, they really know how to make a pie. I felt like I was in Italy, the flavors were powerful. The kids practically lived in the indoor pool, I mean, who doesn't love water slides? Can’t forget the cozy fireplace in the lobby, just adds that homey feel.

Sure, it was a bit pricey, but overall worth the experience.

The room was spacious and equipped with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a sofa bed. We had a nice balcony with beautiful views. The bathroom included complimentary body soap and shampoo. The spa area was amazing with a hot tub, sauna, and wellness center. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and an extensive buffet. Location was easy access to activities and transport.
